Error when uploading files to Ovirt wiki

Was this solved?

We may have been out of disk space on the OpenShift instance; iirc Dave
had to fix something last week?

We need to figure out a better storage solution for the wiki. I wonder
if we could attach MediaWiki somehow to remote storage?
