 since centos doesn't come with maven, we need to add a link to the mvn
 jenkins is installing, [1]
 or alternatively install maven on centos from alternate source.


 [1] add mvn link to centos slave in puppet:
 mvn ->
 /home/jenkins/tools/hudson.tasks.Maven_MavenInstallation/3.0.4/bin/mvn
