 That directory is now created by the package:

 [root at jenkins-slave-vm10 ~]# rpm -qf /usr/share/java-1.7.0
 jpackage-utils-5.0.0-7.jpp6.noarch

 From the new jpackage 6 repositories. And installed on all the centos
 slaves.
