 The problem is different: that mvn repo is broken due to a cert problem
 and on my local setup it fails while Jenkins jobs run correctly.

 simply try
 wget
 https://oosnmp.net/dist/release/org/snmp4j/snmp4j/2.2.2/snmp4j-2.2.2.pom
 on a fedora 19 machine
