wrong path to ovirt-3.3 repo in ovirt-release.noarch.rpm

Hey,

I noticed that in 
http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/ovirt-release.noarch.rpm we direct 
to ovirt-3.3-snapshot directory which moved.

Can you please update it?
