 ovirt-engine_3.4_upgrade-from-3.3_merged fails on F19 while installing
 ovirt 3.3 due to a conflict between log-collector and sos 3.

 first solution is disable the job on f19 and run it only on CentOS.

 second solution is downgrading sos to 2.*, install 3.3 and then perform
 the upgrade steps.

 both solution are good for me also if I prefer the second one.

 Due to the early failure installing 3.3 other bugs may be hidden in the
 upgrade process.
