 its now on the repo:
 el6 for e.g: http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-master-
 snapshot/rpm/el6/noarch/

 but, seems like 'make rpm' from the master branch still creates rpms with
 3.4.0 version,
 maybe @juan can look and provide info how to change the version number?
