Update-tracker hook

Hi everyone,

I've enabled the update-tracker hook on all the ovirt gerrit projects, except:

infra*
jenkins*
test*
samples*
gerrit-admin

So you will start seeing the trackers being created on the linked bugs (Bug-Url:
in the commit message).

I've added also the branch information to be shown in the bugzilla external
priority field, in the lack of a better one.

If you see any errors or have any issues please send me an email or ping me
directly.

To update the patches that you have already sent, you can just add a new gerrit
comment with the text:
"""
Rerun-Hooks: all
"""

And it will trigger the hooks again (not the jenkins jobs though).
