upgrade from 3.3 to 3.4 is failing on F19 on a knwon issue:

ovirt-log-collector installation fails on Fedora 19 due to a conflict with sos 3.0 recently introduced also on release 19 (BZ 1037663) as workaround
please downgrade sos before installing ovirt-engine:

 # yum downgrade sos

after installing ovirt-engine yum update will fail on Fedora 19 due to sos 3.0 conflict with ovirt-log-collector (BZ 1037663) as workaround please
exclude sos from yum updates adding the following line in /etc/yum.conf:

exclude=sos
