SELinux disabled on some builders?

Hey,

it seems that SELinux is not enabled on all builders.
If this is the case, is there a reason why we don't enable it?

If things are failing in enforcing mode, we can still run it in
permissive.

The failing job is:

Please re-enable selinux.
