 I agree that this upload shouldn't be done manually in general, it would
 be better to integrate the upload in the release build process. Work to
 achieve that is in progress:

 Meanwhile I'd suggest that you create those personal users, so that we can
 do initial uploads manually, to test that things work. Then, once the
 release process changes are tested and working, you can remove the those
 users.
