[OUTAGE] all f21 slaves are offline

All the slaves are back up, I've rebuilt from template most of them,
the job that was causing it is a test job that runs vdsm unit tests
inside mock, the cleanup tried to remove the whole chroot but the job
bind-mounts some dirs, and they were being removed too.
