[TICKET] missing sudo configuration on deb81-vm01.phx.ovirt.org, missing packages

I'll look at the sudo class.

It ran, and I'm able to sudo, but it looks like it left a very barebones
sudoers file on debian, with only infra users explicitly allowed and
nothing else there, which probably explains this.
