Current infra status

Hi everyone!

After all the issues with the outage upstream, everything seems to be working
well finally!

So what we changed:

* All the hosts have been upgraded to fc20/ovirt-3.5
* That enables us to use nested on any vm!
* Hosted engine is again high available on 3 hosts (it was in maintenance mode
  since the partial upgrade) and upgraded to 3.5
* New ip range available: 66.187.230.0/25


There are a few minor non-blocking issues that pollute the logs, but that's all.
All servers and services are back to normal, I'll go next troubleshooting all
the jenkins jobs that were broken by the outage.
