Restarting foreman

Hi!

Foreman lately has started to have some intermitent problems, I think it might
be related to high load peaks, so I'm going to boost the vm with some ram and
cpus to try to solve it.

That will require a restart and might trigger some alarms, please dismiss any
foreman alarms for a couple hours.
