Looks like this 3.6 Python SDK bug:

  [REST] HTTP Status 400 on DELETE call to
/datacenters/${id}/storagedomains/${id}
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1227655

The Python SDK is used by the testing framework, if I understand correctly.
