spam email requests for infra list - suggestions

Hey,

since i got added as admin to the infra list, i started seeing multiple spam
requests to get accepted to the list.

Can we improve our spam filter or add blocking rules?
other than the trouble of handling those requests, which isn't that bad,
i assume it takes space & bandwidth from our resources.
