Help required on reviewing puppet patch

Hi,

Infra team is in the last phase of migrating our resources.ovirt.org to a
new and shiny
vm on phx DC.

the last thing left are some puppet updates to manage the vm properly.
Anton is leading that effort, please spend some time to review the patches
[1]
so we can move the server finally off linode (removing another service from
the old server).
