I ran it manually by parameter, left a comment in the patch page too.
The issue is that the first patch is a draft, and the second introduces no
changes (only commit modification), so none of them actually triggered
anything.
It's an open issue how to trigger jenkins for those cases. I hope we have a
solution soon.
