CI jobs doesn't trigger against 3.6.0 patch

sagi is the infra owner this week.
i think there is a problem with the branch/tag name - look at the branch
this patch is running on: refs/tags/ovirt-engine-3.6.0

never saw a patch that runs on a tag....
