gerrit.ovirt.org is very slow, lots of errors

Hey Dave, 
according to what I know this server is hosted in the community cage in RDU , is this correct ?
if so , could you please assist?

@shron  - what exactly is the problem here? could you please provide more info , what exactly do you find to be slow etc ?
