Not sure to follow.
Fedora build guest images once for release, they're available from
https://getfedora.org/cloud/download/ and if you need to keep it updated
using dnf update.

CentOS 7 images are available here: http://cloud.centos.org/centos/7/images/
and you can monitor directory content.
