[JIRA] (OVIRT-677) check why ovirt-engine-4.0.2 is not on monitored branches

You need to add the 4.0.2 branch to the conf file under:
/home/gerrit2/review_site/git/ovirt-engine.git/hooks
and add it to the following param:
STABLE_BRANCHES="ovirt-engine-3.6 ovirt-engine-4.0 ovirt-engine-3.6.9
ovirt-engine-4.0.2"
I've updated it for now, so it should be OK.
We need to check if its possible just to give regex and not update it
anymore for future versions.
