4.0 branch rights

Sure, all you have to do is edit the file jobs/confs/projects/vdsm/vdsm_standard.yaml in the jenkins repo, and add there a version '4.0' with the branch ovirt-4.0 on each of the three projects defined there, for example for the first one:
