[ovirt-engine-dashboard] Request stable branch creation

Hi,

please create a stable branch, based on master, for ovirt-engine-dashboard:

  ovirt-engine-dashboard-1.0

Once done, I'll update Jenkins nightly publisher configs according to [1].
