Maintenance Notification: gerrit.ovirt.org Upgrade Today at 17:00 IST (16:00 CET)

Hello All.

Gerrit upgrade has been finished and service is back up again. We performed
a basic smoke tests and it appears to be ok.

Please send any problems you have to us at infra so we can make sure that
there are no regressions.
