Can you specify what plugins are available now?

So is '*Submit Whole Topic' *is enabled?

BTW few important fixes/additions I see added -
- Search supports "file:name"
 ` file:vm_sp.sql is:open ` will return all open requests on vm_sp.sql.
That should help people to track changes in areas of interest.
- solved the 'Cannot Merge' issue on submiting a change

- Add a background job to automatically abandon inactive changes.  (@Anton
