[oVirt Jenkins] ovirt-engine_master_upgrade-from-master_el7_merged - Build # 2475 - Still Failing!

Hi,

I looks like the engine upgrade jobs keep failing due to a dependency
problem.
It looks like the 'ovirt-engine-tools-backup' package is being updated to
the upgraded version, while
the 'ovirt-engine-tools' is not being updated, and requires the older
version of the 'ovirt-engine-tools-backup' package.
Sandro, could it be that there is a problematic configuration in the
dependencies of ovirt-engine-setup?
