Actually its not related, it seems that the job is looking for fc24 dir under ovirt-4.0-snapshot-static dir and it wasn't there.
It might have been caused by recent work to move out of fc23 which will be EOL soon, anyway, i've created the new dir and added one rpm there, not sure which ones are needed.

[~sbonazolla at redhat.com] do you know if we need any specific RPMs for fc24 in ovirt-4.0-snapshot-static?
