vdsm_master_build-artifacts-fc24-ppc64le job keeps failing

Michal,

For guest agent we need ppc64 and ppc64le for fc24? Problem is I can't find
these repos where we are downloading from:
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virt-preview/fedora-24/
