Not sure if this should be added to an existing test suit or be a new suit.
I guess you need to get a little familiar with system-tests and then you could tell us where this would best fit in.
Maybe start [here|http://ovirt-system-tests.readthedocs.io/en/latest/] to learn a little about system tests, there is some learning curve I'm afraid...
