point the only
08:19:45  safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix"

Looks like external yum repo failure,
We are working on injecting yum mirrors into standard ci 'check-patch'
jobs, so hopefully soon
we will be less affected by failure of external repos.
