[JIRA] (OVIRT-1110) rpms served from new jenkins repos sometimes timeout with "xyz bytes remaining to read"

I thought about it, but wasn't sure its the same issue.
I'll close as duplicate for now and we'll continue to investigate the d/l
errors on the other ticket which has more info and some traction to it.
