[~bkorren at redhat.com] [~eedri] Right. But it's not purpose of this ticket.
The problem is this "you're not in whitelist" message is sent 4 (or more) times. It's pointless.
The only solution I can see now is pipeline (again). We have to check whitelist if user is not whitelisted then give them one single message otherwise trigger other jobs (per branch/OS).
