[JIRA] (OVIRT-1258) ovirt-master-snapshot is broken

Its is probably due to [1], but its good that we caught an issue so we can
debug why those pkg are missing.
I've triggered all the jobs for ovirt-engine-wildfly-overlay and they
should be deployed shortly to experimental and then to tested.
Once we verify they are in tested repo, we can run the master publisher
again to see if they are copied to snapshot.
If they won't, then we have a bug in the flow and we'll debug it.
