ovirt_(master|4.1)_hc-system-tests failures

Yes, this seems to be an issue with gdeploy and ansible-2.3. The ansible
release has broken some of gdeploy features. Sachi is working on this.

I have a patch to use latest gdeploy once this is fixed-
