Fedora 23 and Fedora 24 have been EOL a while ago, in order to clear up some space, we need to clean up thing that are associated with them. This includes:

# Looking at all the job definitions in '{{jobs/confs/projects}}' in the '{{jenkins}}' repo and negotiating removal of fc23/fc24 jobs with maintainers.
# Removing the relevant '{{mock_runner.sh}}' configuration files (From '{{mock_configs}}' in the '{{jenkins}}' repo)
# Removing the fc23/fc24 CI mirrors and sync jobs (Jobs are in '{{jobs.confs/projects/system/sync_mirrors.yaml}}', mirrors are on '{{mirrors.phx.ovirt.org}}' in '{{/var/www/html/repos}}')
# Removing the fc23/fc24 slaves
# Removing the fc23/fc24 packages from the 'tested' repos in '{{resources.ovirt.org}}'.
