I've seen a job blocked waiting on a pid here:

finish.


and staty stuck there for more than 20 minutes due to:

root     15237  1.6  2.0 761920 339940 ?       RNs  17:18   0:42
/usr/libexec/system-python /usr/bin/dnf makecache timer



Please disable the makecache timer on the slaves in order to avoid getting
jobs stuck.
