[JIRA] (OVIRT-1941) Failing check-patch on VDSM 4.1

Can you please add links to the failing patches?
As for the repos, you should check the .repos files under automation/ dir
to see if all the repos there are working.
Also, not sure what you mean by not detecting, you're referring to the
gerrit hooks? maybe best to paste the error message
