004_basic_sanity.hotplug_cpu in the basic suite failed. It added a cpu
to vm0 (which IIUC worked), then tried to ssh to it to verify that
"got it", but failed.

Looked a bit at the logs, can't see why it failed - whether the IP
address (192.168.201.224) was correct or there was some other problem.
