qpid-proton dependency fails due to bad version

Hi all,

Ran [1] and it fails with:

05:40:36 + yum -y install ovirt-host
05:40:36 Error: Package: python-qpid-proton-0.18.1-1.el7.x86_64 (alocalsync)
05:40:36            Requires: qpid-proton-c(x86-64) = 0.18.1-1.el7
05:40:36            Available: qpid-proton-c-0.21.0-3.el7.x86_64 (alocalsync)
