[node-devel] Issue with make: Fix initrd service files destination

There could be a typo with http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/7060/

I was unable to build ovirt-node on RHEL.

While the comment contains the correct path to the init directory - /etc/rc.d/init.d, the patch
contains a path that does not exist on RHEL - /etc/init.d/rc.d

This patch works for me.
