[node-patches] ovirt-node auto-installation patch details

Here's a test build[1] for the last auto install patch since it needs 
some explanation. Over the last month or so all of the existing 
setup/configuraton scripts auto install functions have been ported over 
to python from bash. This just ties up all the loose ends and provides a 
python scripts call each of the existing scripts

To test autoinstallation you run would boot the iso and add kargs for 
example:  storage_init=/dev/sda BOOTIF=eth0 adminpw=UF5S21KJXNoBc   
There are plenty ofother parameters that can be reviewed in the 
ovirt-early script. This would install to /dev/sda, set eth0 to dhcp and 
admin's password to 123.
