[node-patches] ovirt-node auto-installation patch details

Here's a test build[1] for the last auto install patch since it needs some explaination. Over the last month or so all the existing setup/configuraton scripts have been ported over to python from bash. This includes all existing ovirt-config-* configuration scripts.

To test autoinstallation you run would boot the iso and add kargs for example:  storage_init=/dev/sda BOOTIF=eth0 adminpw=UF5S21KJXNoBc   There are plenty others that can be reviewed in the ovirt-early script. This would install to /dev/sda, set eth0 to dhcp and admin's password to 123.
