Change subject: ovirt-config-boot: Change the 3rd parameter from 'reboot'(yes/no) to 'aciton'(shutdown/reboot/stay). By doing this, the users can add their hook scripts after calling ovirt-config-boot.

Patch Set 3: Looks good to me, but someone else must approve

I'm happy with this, but afaik the vdsm ppl are using ovirt-config-boot too, so we should at least open a bug to track this. It affects them if the use the reboot parameter.
