Change subject: ovirt-config-boot: Change the 3rd parameter from 'reboot'(yes/no) to 'aciton'(shutdown/reboot/stay). By doing this, the users can add their hook scripts after calling ovirt-config-boot.

I checked the code in ovirt-node

./scripts/ovirt-init-functions.sh:            /usr/libexec/ovirt-config-boot /live "$OVIRT_BOOTPARAMS" no

If we apply my path, we should also change the code in ovirt-init-functions.sh.

Do you think I should also modify the codes in ovirt-init-functions.sh in my patch ?
