[Users] Problem with engine-setup

I install fedora16 (minimal install) in vm

if I use engine-setup after "yum update" with

#uname -a
#Linux ovirt-m 3.1.6-1.fc16.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Dec 21 22:41:17 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

there is an error in step  "Creating CA..."

file certs/engine.cer does not exist!

but on fedora16 without update  this step is OK
