[Users] locale en_AU

Yeah, I think I am (3.0 is stable isn't it?)
Sorry, I did a search through bugzilla but wasn't able to find anything
matching this.
As I am a recent member on the list I didn't know about this. Is there
somewhere I should look for information on things like this?
