[Users] Exception: "failed updating configuration field CAEngineKey" when install ovirt-engine

Somehow I managed to pass through this...
The only difference I made this time is the password phrase.
Instead of a fairy complex phrase (long + only alphabet and space), I use a
rather simple one (short + only alphabet) (Sorry but unable to public them)
not sure what caused this.
