[Users] error when create a date centers.

Hi all.

there's something wrong with my oVirt-engine.

I want to create a Data Centers.
and the the arguments as follow:
Name                             Local
Description
Type                               Local on Host
Compatibility Version      3.1
Quota Mode                    DISABLED

then I click "OK". And a dialog box pop-up as follow.
the dialog box does not exit,  but it sames the Local Data Centers is 
create OK.

Is this a bug or something wrong with my oVirt-engine?
